Privacy and Cookies
This page says what this learning platform keeps about you, why, for how long and who can see it, and which cookies it uses. QedON provides the platform to the organisations that run their training here.
Who We Are

What We Keep About You
- Your name, your work email and your team, as your organisation gives them.
- Your HR number, if your organisation gives one.
- The courses assigned to you, and how far you are through each.
- Your Final Assessment attempts, your answers and your results.
- Your certificates.
- Which documents you confirmed you have read, and when.
- Your conversations with Ask Nana, if your organisation's plan includes it.
- When you signed in and out, and the emails the platform sent you.
- If you are an admin, a record of what you changed for your organisation, in its audit log.
Why We Keep It
To give you the training your organisation assigns, to record what you complete and the certificates you earn, to show your organisation's admins your progress, and to keep the platform secure. Nothing is used for advertising, and nothing is sold.
How Long We Keep It
- Your record stays while your organisation uses the platform, so your completions and certificates stay valid.
- When something is deleted, it can be restored for 30 days, then it is removed for good.
- A conversation with Ask Nana stays until you delete it, then the same 30 days apply.
- A sign-in link works for 30 minutes and a code for 10 minutes; both are removed a day later. You stay signed in for up to 30 days, or until you sign out.
Who Can See It
Your organisation's admins see your progress, results, certificates and confirmations. QedON's staff can see it to support your organisation and keep the platform running. Nobody at another organisation can see anything about you.

Cookies
The platform sets two cookies, and both are essential: without them you could not sign in or send a form safely. There are no tracking or advertising cookies and no cookies from anyone else, so we do not ask you to accept cookies.
